Privacy notice

How this website handles personal data — which is little, and only ever to answer you.

These documents govern takshan.ai as a Synaptron web property.

  1. Who we are

    This website is operated by Synaptron India Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 5/3 Mayadasi Road, Parnasree, Kolkata 700060. In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. For anything in this notice, write to marketing@synaptron.tech.

  2. What we collect

    The only personal data this site collects deliberately is what you type into the contact form:

    • your name
    • your email address
    • your organisation (optional)
    • your message

    In addition, our hosting and security provider processes technical data that any web request carries — IP address, browser user agent and request metadata — in order to serve the site and defend it against abuse.

  3. What we do not collect

    This site never sets advertising cookies, never carries a tracking pixel, never builds a profile of a visitor and never sells or shares personal data for advertising. The only third-party scripts that can run here are the two described in "Cookies and analytics" below, and each is limited in the way that section explains.

  4. Cookies and analytics

    Cloudflare Web Analytics. This site is built to use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it would write nothing to your device — and is not currently switched on.

    Google Analytics. This site is built to support Google Analytics and it is not currently switched on. When it is, the consent mechanism described here applies unchanged: nothing loads until you accept it.

    There is nothing to withdraw consent from while Google Analytics is switched off. The moment it is switched on, this section is replaced by a live control that shows your current choice and lets you change it here, on this device, without writing to us.

  5. Why we collect it, and on what basis

    Contact-form data is used for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry. The basis for processing it is the consent you give by completing and submitting the form, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Technical hosting logs are processed for the legitimate purposes of operating and securing the website.

  6. How long we keep it

    Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up it leads to, and for no longer than 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted. Hosting logs are retained on our provider's standard short rotation.

  7. Who processes it on our behalf

    • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for this website. Cloudflare processes technical request data as part of serving and protecting the site.
    • Resend — delivers your contact-form enquiry to our inbox. It handles the message in transit and does not use it for any other purpose.

    These processors act on our instructions. We do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

  8. Processing outside India

    The processors named above operate global infrastructure, so your enquiry and the technical data behind a page request may be processed on servers outside India. We rely on those providers' contractual data-protection terms for that processing. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 permits transfer outside India except to territories the Central Government restricts, and we do not transfer personal data to any such territory.

  9. Your rights

    You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form. To exercise any of these, write to marketing@synaptron.tech and we will respond. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Analytics consent specifically is withdrawn under "Cookies and analytics" above, on this device, without needing to write to us at all.

  10. Complaints

    If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or your request about it, raise it with us first at marketing@synaptron.tech, marking it for the attention of our grievance contact. We aim to answer within 30 days. If our answer does not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  11. Changes to this notice

    We may update this notice as the site or the law changes. The version published on this page is the one in force, and material changes will be dated here. This version has been in force since 4 August 2026.
