Takshan, dark ground A capital T built from workshop plates: an ink plate scribed with a brass construction circle and crosshair, a marigold plate scored with a fold line, a lacquer dovetail keyed across the seam between them, and a chisel drawn in hairline down the stem.

In the workshop

Nothing here is for sale.

No claim on this page has passed acceptance yet — this is the bench, not the shop window. What appears here is in build. When an instrument is finished, it moves to the catalogue with its spec sheet and its limits.

Takshan Sutra

Prototype

A sutra is the thread a teaching is strung on. This platform takes the meeting recording — the talk — and returns the thread: a standard operating procedure, structured, versioned, ready for sign-off.

Takshan-LM

In training

A language model for the classroom that never leaves it. Built on Sarvam-M under Apache 2.0 and tuned on curriculum content used only with permission, it already runs inside an EPT POD — what stays on the bench is the tuning programme itself: more languages, deeper curriculum coverage, each added the same way. Running today; growing here.

Thirty minutes with a working product.

Bring the problem. We will show the closest instrument to it, running — and say honestly if none of them fits.
